Lake Cassidy, WA

Lake Cassidy is a quiet, residential community in Snohomish County, located just a few miles east of Marysville and north of Lake Stevens. With around 3,800 residents, the area has a relaxed, rural feel surrounded by evergreen trees and open space. It does not have its own commercial center, but nearby roads make it easy to head into town for groceries, dining, and schools within ten to fifteen minutes.

Life here revolves around the outdoors, especially the lake and the trails that border it. Residents often spend weekends fishing, kayaking, or paddleboarding from the public boat launch on the southwest shore. On the east side, the paved Centennial Trail runs right along the water and through the Lake Cassidy Wetlands Park, offering miles of scenic paths for walking, running, and biking.
