About Lake Hallie
Lake Hallie is a village in Chippewa County, Wisconsin, situated between Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire as part of the Eau Claire metropolitan area. Incorporated in 2003 from portions of the town of Hallie, the community of approximately 7,285 takes its name from an oxbow lake along the Chippewa River where the McCann brothers established operations in 1843. Public education is shared between the Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire school districts.
