Laytonsville, MD

Laytonsville is a small, historic town in northern Montgomery County, located just north of Gaithersburg. Home to around 700 residents, the area offers a relaxed, rural atmosphere defined by rolling hills, horse farms, and spacious lots. Originally founded as Cracklintown before incorporating in 1892, the community has held onto its historic character while providing plenty of scenic open countryside for people looking to settle outside the busier suburbs.
