About Lennox

Lennox is a city in Lincoln County, South Dakota, situated twenty miles southwest of Sioux Falls. Settled in 1879 and named in honor of Ben Lennox, a private secretary for the general manager of the Milwaukee Railroad, the residential and farming community of approximately 2,468 is served by the Lennox School District Forty-One-Four locally today.
