Lincoln Park, CO

Lincoln Park sits just south of the Arkansas River, tucked right along the edge of Cañon City. Home to around 4,000 people, the area has a relaxed, semi-rural feel with generous lot sizes, mature trees, and a peaceful atmosphere. Because it remains unincorporated, residents look to neighboring Cañon City for daily errands, postal services, and municipal amenities, giving locals a quiet residential setting right next door to downtown.

Local students attend schools in the Cañon City School District, and commuters have an easy drive to regional employers across Fremont County. The community has deep roots in the valley's historic fruit orchards, while older pockets like Prospect Heights add unique local character to the neighborhood. With the Royal Gorge, local trail systems, and the river only a short drive away, Lincoln Park gives newcomers plenty of room to spread out while staying well-connected to everything the region has to offer.
