About Manchester

Manchester is an incorporated town in Carroll County, Maryland, situated just south of the Pennsylvania state line. Incorporated in 1833 at the historic intersection of two Native American trails, the community of approximately 5,439 hosts the annual Volunteer Fire Department Carnival each summer. Public education is served by the Carroll County Public Schools district.
