Maryville is a village in Madison County, Illinois, situated seventeen miles northeast of downtown St. Louis, Missouri. Incorporated in 1902 with a history rooted in the coal mining industry, the community of approximately 8,316 borders Glen Carbon to the north and Collinsville to the south.
