Maumelle, AR

Maumelle is a Pulaski County city northwest of Little Rock, across the Arkansas River from the capital. It is a planned, suburban-feeling community rather than an old courthouse town, with neighborhoods, trails, lakes, and parks playing a major role in daily life. Lake Willastein and Lake Valencia are both surrounded by parkland, bike paths, and wooden bridges, giving Maumelle a more recreational layout than many Little Rock suburbs.
