McHenry, KY

McHenry is a small, quiet community tucked into Ohio County, sitting right along U.S. Route 62 in western Kentucky. The town got its start in the late 1800s as a railroad stop during the region's coal mining era, named after local lawmaker Henry D. McHenry. The coal trains are long gone, but the town has held onto its peaceful, down-to-earth character.
