Medfield, MA

Medfield is a Norfolk County town in Greater Boston, set near the Charles River and known for schools. The land was Neponset territory at the time of English colonization, and the town still has the layered feel of an older Massachusetts community: historic roads, established neighborhoods, conserved open space, and a civic life centered on schools and local government. It is close enough to Boston for commuting, but quieter and more self-contained than many inner suburbs.
