Built on former pineapple fields in Central Oʻahu, Mililani Mauka was master-planned in phases from the 1990s through the late 2000s. If you buy a home here, you will become a member of the Mililani Town Association, or MTA. Three of those facilities sit right in Mauka, giving you pools, tennis courts, and party pavilions close to home.
