Monroe, WI

Monroe is a city and the county seat of Green County, Wisconsin, nicknamed the Cheese Capital of the USA. Bordered by the towns of Monroe and Clarno, the community of approximately 10,587 features the Swiss bandshell in Twining Park and is the eastern terminus of the Cheese Country Trail. Public education is served by the School District of Monroe.
