Morrisonville, IL

Morrisonville is a village in Christian County, Illinois, about 45 miles south of Springfield in Central Illinois. The 2020 census counted 997 residents. Its local map is rural: farm roads, open fields, and the short trip north to the state capital or east to Taylorville. The village was incorporated on November 9, 1872, and its municipal code still records the original village limits.
