About Moyock

Moyock is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Currituck County, North Carolina, situated on Highway 168 just south of the Virginia state border. Located twenty-five miles south of Norfolk, Virginia, at the southern end of the Chesapeake Expressway toll road, the community of approximately 5,684 served as the corporate headquarters of Blackwater Worldwide. Public education is administered by Currituck County Schools.
