Muir, PA

Muir is a census-designated place in Porter Township, Schuylkill County, near Tower City along US 209. The 2020 census counted 429 residents. Muir was part of the Reinerton-Orwin-Muir CDP in 2000 before the three communities received separate census boundaries in 2010, so the modern place name describes a smaller footprint than older counts.
