Narragansett Pier is an unincorporated coastal village and census-designated place in the town of Narragansett, Rhode Island. Named in honor of the indigenous Narragansett nation, the historic seaside community of approximately 3,200 is famous for its sandy public beaches and the iconic stone towers. Public education for local children is administered by the Narragansett School System, which operates primary and secondary campuses.
