About Natural Bridge
Natural Bridge is a Winston County town with 32 residents and 26 housing units in the 2020 Census. Its name comes from a sandstone span about 148 feet long and 60 feet high west of town. The settlement grew along Byler Road, which completed a route between the Warrior River and the Tennessee River area in 1822. A post office opened in 1890, and the North Alabama Railroad reached town in 1895. The Census boundary covers 1,123,314 square meters of land at 34.0904°N, 87.6014°W.
