New Burlington is a quiet residential community in Springfield Township, located just north of Cincinnati along Hamilton Avenue. Originally settled in 1816 as a roadside stop for wagon traffic traveling between cities, the area is now a relaxed suburban neighborhood of about 5,000 residents. Getting around the metro area is simple, with quick access to the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway, I-75, and I-71 keeping commuters well connected.

One of the biggest advantages of living here is having Winton Woods right in your backyard. The massive county park offers miles of paved and wooded trails, a scenic lake with a boat harbor, golf courses, horseback riding, and a campground. Families are primarily served by the Mt. Healthy City School District, and everyday shopping, dining, and local services in neighboring Springdale and Mt. Healthy are just minutes down the road.
