Niagara, WI

Set along the rocky bluffs of the Menominee River, Niagara is a quiet northern Wisconsin town with deep roots in the timber and paper mill eras. Its name comes from an Indigenous word for "thundering waters," inspired by the rushing rapids and falls that carve through nearby Piers Gorge. The river originally powered the town's industry, but today it defines Niagara's laid-back atmosphere right on the edge of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
