North Falmouth, MA

Tucked along Buzzards Bay on the upper part of Cape Cod, North Falmouth is a peaceful coastal village of about 3,300 residents. Daily life often centers on the water, particularly at Old Silver Beach, known across the region for its calm surf, soft sand, and vivid sunsets. A few blocks inland, the historic district along Old Main Road offers a timeless New England feel with shaded streets, well-kept older homes, and a local library. It is also the northern starting point for the Shining Sea Bikeway, a popular paved trail that winds all the way down to Woods Hole. Because North Falmouth sits on the northern end of town, living here gives you a quicker trip on and off the Cape while keeping a quiet, friendly neighborhood atmosphere.
