Northglenn, CO

Northglenn got its start in the late 1950s as one of the Denver area's first master-planned communities. Builder Perl-Mack laid out neighborhoods on quiet curving loops and cul-de-sacs, grouping mid-century homes around community parks, elementary schools, and local shopping plazas. The city incorporated a decade later and has grown into an established suburb of about 38,000 residents roughly fifteen miles north of downtown Denver.
