Tucked entirely inside Cincinnati, Norwood is an independent city that offers the perks of a close-knit community right in the middle of the metro area. Norwood has skillfully transformed its manufacturing past into some of the region's favorite neighborhood hangouts. The former United States Playing Card site has become Factory 52, a lively gathering spot centered around a restored historic clock tower, complete with a brewery, food hall, dog park, and pickleball courts. On the south side of town, Rookwood Commons and Pavilion serves as a major retail destination, giving residents quick access to popular restaurants, big-name stores, and everyday conveniences.
