Nuevo, CA

Nuevo is a rural community and census-designated place in Riverside County, east of Lake Perris and Perris. It sits in a dry inland landscape where the San Jacinto River is often dry, and the feel is much more rural than the denser cities west of it. Homes, ranch properties, schools, and wide roads define the place more than a traditional downtown. Nuevo feels open, warm, and unpolished, with Southern California growth nearby but a stubbornly country edge still visible.
