Oak Hill is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Manistee County, Michigan, United States. The 2020 census counted 545 residents. The community is in southwestern Manistee County, in the northeast part of Filer Charter Township. Oak Hill is bordered to the east by the unincorporated community of Filer City and to the north by Manistee.
