Oak Hill, TN

Oak Hill is a small city in Davidson County, surrounded by the Nashville area but much quieter than the city around it. Much of Radnor Lake State Park lies here, giving Oak Hill a rare amount of protected green space inside an urban county. The area also has deep local history: in the 1790s, Judge John Overton established Travellers Rest, a horse-breeding farm. Today Oak Hill is mostly residential, wooded, and closely tied to Nashville's southern side.
