Oakwood, MO

Oakwood is a village in Clay County, Missouri, United States. The 2020 census counted 198 residents. Oakwood is part of the Kansas City metropolitan area. Oakwood was laid out in the early 1920s, and named for a grove of oak trees near the original town site. Oakwood is zoned to Oakwood Manor Elementary School in Gladstone, Antioch Middle School in Gladstone, and Oak Park High School in Kansas City.
