About Olinda

Olinda is an agricultural and residential community on the northern slopes of Haleakalā on the island of Maui, Hawaiʻi. Ranging up to 4,200 feet in elevation and historic as a brief residence of Mark Twain and host to Jimi Hendrix's Rainbow Bridge concert, the community of approximately 873 is served by the Hawaii Department of Education for public education.
