Oliver Springs is a town spanning Anderson, Morgan, and Roane counties, Tennessee, situated at the boundary between the Cumberland Plateau and the Ridge-and-Valley Appalachians. Founded in 1821 as Winter's Gap and named for Major Moses Winters, the community of approximately 3,281 is served by the public school systems of all three counties locally.
