About Orleans

Founded in 1815 and named in honor of the Battle of New Orleans, Orleans is a quiet southern Indiana town full of classic Midwestern charm. At the center of everything sits Congress Square, a historic park anchored by a vintage 1926 bandstand and fountain that still hosts local gatherings today.
