Much of Owasso's public calendar converges on Redbud Festival Park. The downtown grounds combine a performance stage, food-truck alley, pavilion, children's nook, butterfly garden, water feature, and open lawn. The planned branch will double the former space and add patios for adults and children, a maker space, story-time room, small collaboration rooms, a drive-up window, and housing above the ground-floor library. Meanwhile, the temporary branch remains open six days a week for browsing, holds, computers, printing, scanning, and bilingual assistance.
