About Pampa

Pampa is a city and the county seat of Gray County, Texas, situated in the Texas Panhandle. Named after the Pampas Lowlands of South America, the community of approximately 16,659 hosts the annual Top o' Texas Rodeo and is home to the White Deer Land Company Museum. Public education is served by the Pampa Independent School District.
