About Paola

Paola is a city and the county seat of Miami County, Kansas, situated in the eastern part of the state. Originally a historic gathering place for Native American tribes before being platted in the nineteenth century, the community of approximately 5,770 is served by the Paola Unified School District 368 for public primary and secondary education.
