Pattison, TX

Pattison is a quiet Waller County community located at the crossroads of FM 1458 and FM 359, about 35 miles west of Houston. Originally settled in the 1830s as a cotton farming and railroad hub, the town has held onto its peaceful country roots over the years. Today, the area is defined by open land, large lots, and a slower daily pace. Residents enjoy plenty of elbow room and Texas scenery, along with a straightforward drive to neighboring spots like Brookshire, Katy, and Interstate 10.

With a population of around 550 people, Pattison offers a friendly, small-town atmosphere where neighbors tend to know one another.
