Perham is a city in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, situated in the lakes region of the state. Platted in 1873 and named for Northern Pacific Railway president Josiah Perham, the manufacturing and agricultural center of approximately 3,627 is served by the Perham-Dent School District for public primary and secondary education locally.
