Tucked just south of Fort Myers in central Lee County, Pine Manor is a compact residential neighborhood of around 4,000 residents. Sandwiched between South Cleveland Avenue (U.S. 41) and Summerlin Road, the community borders Whiskey Creek and Villas. Its central inland spot makes getting around easy, with direct connections to major regional roadways and quick drives to area beaches, shopping plazas, and downtown Fort Myers.

Local families are served by the Lee County School District, and the Pine Manor Community Center acts as a neighborhood hub with a community garden, a teaching kitchen, and local youth programs.
