Poole, KY

Straddling the border of Webster and Henderson counties in western Kentucky, Poole is a small, quiet community home to about 350 residents. It offers a relaxed countryside lifestyle surrounded by open farmland, while still keeping residents well connected. U.S. Route 41A runs right through the center of town, putting Henderson about 15 miles to the north and Providence 20 miles to the south. The settlement first took root in the 1820s around a family-run mill and general store, gradually growing into a central gathering point for local farming families. Today, Poole remains a peaceful rural crossroads where people enjoy wide-open spaces, a close-knit feel, and an easy drive into neighboring towns.
