Potomac Heights, MD

Tucked along the Potomac River in Charles County, Potomac Heights is a quiet, close-knit neighborhood with an interesting backstory. Originally built in the early 1940s to house workers for the nearby naval base in Indian Head, it soon became a resident-owned housing cooperative. Today, it remains a peaceful community of around a thousand residents, filled with modest, single-story ramblers on quiet residential streets.
