About Priceville

Priceville is a city in northern Morgan County, Alabama, serving as the county's third largest municipality. Part of the Decatur metropolitan area, the city was originally settled in the 1820s and named after the prominent local Price family. Priceville was officially incorporated in 1975. The community lies just south of the Tennessee River, offering residents a residential suburban setting with nearby highway access to both Decatur and Huntsville.
