Progress Village, FL

Progress Village is a census-designated place in Hillsborough County, Florida, situated near the geographic center of the county. Planned in the mid-twentieth century as Tampa's first suburban community designed for low-income housing outside the city limits, the neighborhood of approximately 11,200 is bounded to the east by Interstate 75. It borders Palm River-Clair Mel to the north and Riverview to the east.
