Reading, OH

Reading is a city in Hamilton County, Ohio, situated as an inner suburb of Cincinnati along the Mill Creek. First settled in 1794 by Abraham Voorhees and later named by Harvey Redinbo after Reading, Pennsylvania, the community of approximately 10,502 has a manufacturing economy dominated by heavy industry and pharmaceutical production. Public education is administered by the Reading Community City School District.
