Located in southwestern North Dakota, Regent is a quiet agricultural town of around 170 residents with a surprisingly whimsical side. It sits at the end of the Enchanted Highway, a famous 32-mile scenic route from Interstate 94 lined with colossal scrap-metal folk art sculptures.
