Roaring Spring, PA

Set in Blair County’s Morrison’s Cove, Roaring Spring is a quiet, friendly town built around an impressive natural freshwater spring. The community originally took its name from the sound of that water rushing over the rocks, which early residents claimed could be heard from a mile away. The spring went on to power the area’s historic paper mills, shaping the layout of the neat residential streets and brick downtown buildings that stand today.
