About Rockwood

Set along the base of Walden Ridge and the shores of Watts Bar Lake, Rockwood offers a laid-back, small-town atmosphere with plenty of natural beauty. Home to around 5,500 people in Roane County, the community originally grew as a bustling iron town after the Civil War.
