Romoland, CA

Romoland is a small, quiet community in Riverside County's Perris Valley, set along Highway 74 between Menifee and Perris. With around 2,000 residents, the area offers a relaxed, semi-rural atmosphere with plenty of open space. The community dates back to the 1920s, when it was developed as Romola Farms for small fig and grape ranches, and that agricultural heritage still shapes its open, low-density character today.

Families moving to the area are served by the Romoland School District for elementary and middle school, with older students attending high school in neighboring Perris. Highway 74 runs directly through town, giving residents a quick drive to shopping, dining, and daily essentials in Menifee.
