Roosevelt is a city on the eastern edge of Duchesne County, Utah, situated near the Uintah County border. Serving as a regional commercial hub for local agricultural and oil-producing communities, the city of approximately 7,078 is home to the Uintah Basin Regional Campus of Utah State University and Uintah Basin Technical College.
