Roseland, IN

Sitting just north of South Bend, Roseland is a tiny, convenient community right next to the University of Notre Dame and Saint Mary's College. The town spans only about a mile along State Road 933, right off the Indiana Toll Road. Because of its prime spot, the main strip is bustling with travelers and campus visitors, but step a block or two to the east or west and you will find quiet residential streets with modest, established homes.
