Russellville, AR

Russellville is the county seat and largest city in Pope County, set in Arkansas' River Valley near Lake Dardanelle. It is home to Arkansas Tech University, which gives the city a college-town layer on top of its regional service role. Arkansas Nuclear One, the state's only nuclear power plant, is nearby, adding a major industrial presence that most towns its size do not have.
