San Diego Country Estates, CA

San Diego Country Estates is a planned community east of Ramona in inland San Diego County, often called The Estates. It sits in the San Vicente Valley, an area with Kumeyaay history before modern resort and residential development. The community is known for the San Vicente Resort, golf course, equestrian facilities, and a more rural foothill setting than coastal San Diego. It feels like a tucked-away valley community, with open space and recreation doing much of the local character.
