Scammon Bay, AK

Scammon Bay is a small remote city in the Kusilvak Census Area of western Alaska. Located on the Bering Sea coast, the Native community has a population of approximately five hundred residents. Local children attend the Scammon Bay School, a K-12 public school operated by the Lower Yukon School District, which serves as the educational center of the village.
