Sea Cliff, NY

Sea Cliff is a small Nassau County village in the Town of Oyster Bay, set on Long Island's North Shore. It incorporated in 1883 as residents sought more local control, and it still has the scale and personality of a village rather than a generic suburb. The Sea Cliff Museum, North Shore Central School District, bluff-top streets, and older homes all help define the place. Sea Cliff's appeal comes from being compact, historic, and close to the water without feeling like a resort town.
